As a part of the Langston University’s Professional Development Program,
the Human Resources Office will host a Series of workshops on Customer
Service. Series A Workshops will be presented at 11-12noon and Series B
Workshops will be presented at 1-2pm on Thursday, November 18, 2010 in
Sanford Hall Room 123. These workshops are two in a series of Customer
Service video presentations that will discuss the importance of
exemplary Customer Service.
