[Oacrao-l] Diploma Name

OSU-COM requires some form of the legal name. For example if Sally Beth Student goes by Beth, she can use S. Beth Student on her diploma. A copy of the diploma is required by many residency programs, state license boards, and other credentialing bodies for graduates of medical schools, so this policy ensures that our students don't run into any issues when they begin practicing.
