 Director of Financial Aid Job Vacancy 


DIRECTOR OF  FINANCIAL AID - assists in the establishment of institutional 
polices and  procedures to comply with Federal Title IV regulation; oversees the 
 administration of federal, state, institutional, and private financial aid  
programs; and serves as the institution’s liaison with numerous federal, 
state,  and community organizations to provide financial aid to students.   
Distributes financial aid information to high school counselors and the public  by 
providing workshops and presentations; supervises and provides guidance on  
financial aid decisions with staff; ensures university compliance with relevant  
regulations, analyzes changes in regulations and recommends and implements  
appropriate updates in university policies. Represents the university at  
national and state meetings and within professional organizations serving   as an 
active ambassador for the institution. SCT Banner experience is strongly  
desired.   

REQUIRED:  Master’s degree in business,  accounting or a related field and 
five years of financial aid supervisory  experience; or, an equivalent 
combination of education and experience sufficient  to successfully perform the 
essential duties of the job such as those listed  above.  Qualified applicants must
