[Oasfaa] Reminder -- OTAG Fall Award Claim Form Deadline

This is a reminder that November 10 is the final deadline for submitting fall 2006 OTAG Award Claim Forms.  If you have additional students to claim for fall awards, please submit your report as early in the week as possible.  Be sure to send a message to reports at otag.org when you upload your Award Claim Form to the reports website --- otherwise, we won't know that you have submitted an Award Claim Form.

Any requests for exception to the November 10 deadline that are due to extraordinary circumstances must be submitted in writing to the Chancellor for consideration.

Please send a message to reports at otag.org if you would like to request the following reports:

1.  Pre-populated Award Claim Form

2.  Work copy of Fall 2006 Award Reconciliation Report -- we will automatically send this report to all institutions once all fall disbursement reporting has been finalized; however, we can at this time, upon your request, provide a "work" copy as a final check of your fall disbursement activity to date.

For your information, attached is a spreadsheet that reflects each institution's award totals for fall 2006 as of today (includes activity from Award Claims and Disbursement Reports processed through this morning) and provides both 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 end-of-year awards data for comparison purposes.  At this time 2006-2007 OTAG funds are undercommitted by $2 million.
