[Oasfaa] Yellow Ribbon Program

Good Morning,
If any of you supervise the Veteran's program at your school and have some
insight on the "Yellow Ribbon Program" will you please contact me?  I've
looked at the letter/survey sent out from the Department of Veteran's
Services and it seems to me that it would never be applicable to a state 2yr
college like WOSC.  
 
I'm just wanting some additional input, if you have time to give your
opinion.  Thanks!!!
