Dear Nancy,
The 2009 NASFAA Local Arrangements Committee is seeking volunteers to assist
during the 2009 NASFAA Conference.  On behalf of the local arrangements
committee please accept my invitation to volunteer.  Your participation will
provide an invaluable resource to the conference committee.

The NASFAA conference will be held in San Antonio, July 12-15, 2009.
Volunteer opportunities are available for the Registration Desk and Packet
Stuffing.

Registration Desk duties will include checking in conference attendees,
handing out credentials and accepting payments.  All registration Desk
volunteers must be registered for the conference.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts,
* Sunday, July 12: 7:45am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:30pm
* Monday, July 13: 8:00am-12:00pm and 2:45pm-5:30pm

For members arriving early to the conference volunteer opportunities are
also available for Packet Stuffing on Saturday, July 11, 8:00-10:00am.

If you would like to participate in either Registration or Packet Stuffing
