Dear SWASFAA

In the current climate, electing our next group of leaders 
is an extremely important undertaking, and one the 
Nominations and Elections Committee takes very seriously. 
As a regional Association, SWASFAA is blessed to have 
members of high integrity and a multitude of experiences, 
as well as the willingness to represent our diverse 
membership.

The Nominations and Elections Committee is now soliciting 
nominees for the 2011 offices of: 

President-Elect
Secretary 
Oklahoma Delegate at Large  
Texas Delegate at Large

To serve your Association as an elected officer is an 
extremely rewarding and humbling experience. Not only are 
you able to share your leadership skills and training 
experiences, you have a direct impact on the direction and 
fiscal health of the Association. SWASFAA is worthy of 
your talents, please consider giving of your time and 
energy to this great organization. 

Please forward the names of eligible candidates to 
dpage at philander.edu by June 30, 2009.


Brief Summary of Election Procedures
The slate of eligible nominations will be finalized by 
August 1, 2009.
The Board of Directors will approve the slate at the 
September board meeting.
Electronic voting will commence after Board approval
Winners will be announced prior to or at the Annual 
SWASFAA Conference in Albuquerque, NM.
