Billie, 
No, they are NOT eligible for any other type of Title IV funds if they have defaulted on a student loan. Their ISIR should have a comment on it telling them they are not eligible due to one or more student loans being in default and give them a phone number to call.

I hope everyone had a great break. I need some clarification on something. If a student has defaulted on a loan are they still eligible for Pell and other grants?
