[Oasfaa] OASFAA -- Wednesday Evening, April 13th, Dinner and Entertainment Options

Hello OASFAA Attendees,

 

We have changed the evening event format a little this year from what we
have done in the past for dinner and entertainment.  This year, dinner
on your own will be on Wednesday night and a President's Reception (look
for more details in the days ahead) will be on Thursday night.
Wednesday night, attendees will be responsible for paying for their own
evening meal; however, the entertainment committee will be organizing
areas in the restaurants that will allow you to dine with others from
the association if you would like to do so.  

 

Dinner

View your options of restaurants

sign-up list

(which will be updated every day) to see who will be joining the group
for a specific restaurant.  Don't worry; if you change your mind at the
last minute that's not a problem, we're really trying to get an approx
number for seating arrangements.  An entertainment committee member will
greet you at the entrance of each restaurant on Wednesday evening at
6:00 pm.

 

Entertainment

For those of you that would like to play some games in the casino, the
hotel has provided 1 complimentary $10 game card for each OASFAA
attendee who wants one. The cards can be picked up from the
entertainment committee member assigned to your restaurant that will be
waiting at the entrance.  For anyone who does not choose a specific
restaurant you will need to look for the person with a helium balloon
who can provide you your card.
