[Oasfaa] 3 year default rates

Okay....I'll be the first!!!

I'm am so upset about our 3 year rate!!!!!  We've been working and trying
to get our rate down and it went up!!!  Am I the only one?  Our 2 year rate
went down, but that's really not going to help us at all.
