Below is more detail about each OKPromise eligibility report that might be helpful to you.

2018-19 Eligibility Report - this contains students who were eligible for the 2018-19 academic year. If you do not find a student on here and you think should be, please let us know. This may be a late FAFSA filer that we can review.

2019 Potential Eligibility Report - this contains 2019 seniors who are enrolled in OKPromise but are still in the review process which includes meeting the HS requirements for OKPromise as well as the $100K income check. (Please be cautious when using this list as some students will drop off this list due to not meeting one or more of the requirements.)

2019-20 - this contains returning college students who have cleared the 2019-20 FAFSA $100K income check and still have remaining scholarship eligibility. Students who do not have a valid 19-20 FAFSA on file will not show up on here until they do. The 2019 grads will begin to trickle onto this report starting in mid-June when transcript evaluation and the $100K income check have been completed.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: OKPromise Eligibility Report

The 2019-20 OKPromise Eligibility Report is now available to those who have been granted access. The 2018-19 is also available to check for late spring and/or summer awards.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

1) The 2018-19 report was updated on 4/25/2019 and will not go through an automated update again. If a student completed verification or filed a new FAFSA after 4/25/2019, please notify the OKPromise office. We will check this information and make an manual update to the student's record. This is for the 18-19 FAFSA only.

2) Please remember that students selected for verification must have completed that process before they are submitted to our office on the claim form.

3) Students attending a different school during the summer should be degree-seeking at their home school.

If you have any questions, please let us know.
