Greetings,

We are getting so excited to see everyone at the OASFAA conference this week!! The Board and Committee Chairs have been working hard on all the last minutes touches. We wanted to share some information and reminders regarding next week. There is a lot of important information below so please don’t be like a student and not read the whole thing. 😊

Conference dress is casual. If you bought a conference shirt you can pick it up at the registration table. On Thursday night join in on our theme and dress like a rock star. We have a lot planned Thursday night so you defiantly don’t want to miss out. Friday, we want to see you rocking your school spirit shirts.

A link to our finalized agenda is on our conference page Conference Info and Registration<https://www.oasfaaok.org/event-5566011>. Also, on the conference page you will find information on how to download the Whova app. The Whova app is how we keep you organized, updated and engaged at the conference.

Breakfast is going to be a little different at the conference since the hotel provides free breakfast for those staying the night in the hotel. Those that are staying at the hotel will need to eat in the designated area for hotel guest, don’t worry it is a full breakfast, they even offer individual omelets. For those that are commuting we will have a buffet breakfast for you in the conference area, you will have a ticket with your nametag for each breakfast.

Last but not least be prepared to participate with our service project. We will be raffling baskets, so either bring some money to buy tickets or bring a basket to be raffled or both! Our local arraignment committee has picked Pepper Ranch Foster Care Community https://www.peppersranch.com/ . Peppers Ranch strives to become home to as many of Oklahoma's abused and neglected children as possible. These children, through no fault of their own, have been victimized by the very people who were supposed to love and protect them. By providing the necessary resources and services to foster parents, they sustain a commitment to the children in their care. Their safe and nurturing community will inspire and equip each child to break the cycle, reach their full potential, and become productive citizens of society.

See you Wednesday!
