[Oasfaa] Congratulations to Amy Snapp Hall

I wanted to let everyone know that Amy Hall, Director at Carl Albert State
College,
is a new mother today!  Grace Marie Hall was born today, February 13.  She
weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and is 19 1/2 inches long.  Mom and Grace are doing
GREAT!
