Casper College is now accepting applications for a Financial Aid 
Specialist position with in the office of Student Financial 
Assistance.  Casper College is Wyoming's largest two year college 
with 50 degree and 30 technical and career programs for it's 3,500 
(approx.) students.  

Position Description:
Process and coordinate federal aid applications with other sources 
of student assistance, insuring compliance with all applicable 
regulations.  Provide assistance and counsel to students and 
families concerning student financial assistance matters.  Perform 
federal verification documentation and reconciliation requirements 
for a portion of the student population.  Utilize Whizkid, Colleague, 
EDExpress and other computer programs for the effective 
administration of student assistance.

Position Requirements:
Associates degree or related equivalent experience in 
Accounting/Business/Computers/Information Processing or related 
fields.  Bachelors degree preferred.  Strong communication, 
interviewing and analytical skills.  Excellent clerical, computer and 
record keeping skills.

Helpful:
Prior financial aid office experience.  Knowledge of Whizkid, 
Colleague, EDExpress computer programs.

Closing date is May 21,2001 with an anticipated start date of June 
18, 2001.
