Assistant Director/Student Employment Services
Financial Aid Office - University of Northern Iowa

Directs and coordinates all Student Employment services (on and off campus); responsible for NCAA compliance of financial aid for student athletes and for development of accurate publications, brochures, and web pages; develops and implements standards of financial aid academic progress; oversees customer service area; and orients new financial aid student employees on office policies and procedures.  Bachelor's degree plus at least five years of experience in financial aid administration, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity of full time staff required.

Minimum salary $38,280.
