[Oasfaa] 2001-2002 OTAG Award Cutoff

Good Afternoon,

Based on OTAG award approvals processed to date, it appears that we may be
able to move the OTAG awarding cutoff past the current cutoff of 5-4-01.  In
order to fully assess this possibility, we need assistance from schools in
ensuring that the majority of eligible students meeting the current 5-4-01
cutoff have already been funded.  

We still have several schools that have no OTAG awards for the current year
due to delays in submitting their completed Eligibility Status Reports, and
those schools have been contacted and urged to submit their reports to
enable OTAG to proceed with awarding their students.  

In the meantime, we need to know if any other schools have significant
numbers of students remaining for whom they need to report "packaged" status
to OTAG.  If so, and you are not currently working on a recently received
Eligibility Status Report, please contact Shipra Sinha at 877.662.6231 or
405.225.9360  or send e-mail to reports at otag.org and  a current report will
be provided for your completion.

We would like to proceed with making this determination and processing the
award approvals that may result as soon as possible, and we appreciate your
assistance in determining the feasibility of moving the cutoff date.  Please
