[Oasfaa] Changes to Renewal FAFSA

	The Department of Education recently announced the posting of SFA's
first Dear Colleague Action Letter for the 2002-2003 award year on the IFAP
website.  The letter provides information on the major changes to the
Renewal Free Application for Federal Student Aid (Renewal FAFSA) process and
includes procedures and tips for using SFA's Access on the web site as well
as record layouts for Type 2 PIN request files.
