[Oasfaa] loans for international students

Hi Folks,

Anyone know of any web sites that I could give to an international student who's looking for an alternative loan? I'm hoping that some of the schools that have larger international student enrollments may have some helpful sites which you use for your students. He's from Germany if that makes any difference.
