[Oasfaa] RE: Loans for International Students

Thanks to all of you who have responded. 

I have been advised that CitiAssist, NellieMae & SallieMae, Bank of America, TERI  and GATE all have loans for which international students may apply if they have a U.S. citzen co-signer. Unfortuantely, in my case the student's mom (who would be the co-signer) is not a U.S. citizen. We  may not have any options w/o the U.S. citizen co-signer.
