Important Update from Nancy regarding upcoming ACT deadline...

Due to weather issues and power outages from last weekend's storms that have precluded ability for people to register through the Web, the regular (On-time) deadline for ACT National December 2011 test has been changed from November 4, 2011 to November 11, 2011.  This means that the late charge for December registrations will not start being applied until 11/12.  

There was no change made to International December 2011 dates.  The registration deadline for that remains at 11/4.
