Hello Educators,

Oklahoma students have an opportunity to earn a National Career Readiness Certificate(r)<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/8PT4Cqx9G4U89Rl2rhWmLT1?domain=click.operations.act.org> (NCRC(r)) by completing WorkKeys Assessments online in Applied Math, Workplace Documents and Graphic Literacy. This opportunity is being offered by the Oklahoma State Department of Education to Oklahoma public school students in grades 11 and 12 at no cost to you.

Funding is limited, and the assessments will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. Paper and pencil tests are only available for testers with accommodations.

Key Points to remember:

  *   The Oklahoma State Department of Education will be funding WorkKeys Assessments for public school 11th and 12th graders.
  *   The testing window is April 24th through May 5th.
  *   The assessment is online only through the Validus testing platform unless you have students that specifically need paper accommodations.
  *   If ordering paper accommodations through CCRIS<https://readiness.act.org/ccris/login/login.jsp?authn_try_count=0&contextType=external&username=string&contextValue=%2Foam&challenge_url=https%3A%2F%2Freadiness.act.org%2Fccris%2Flogin%2Flogin.jsp&password=sercure_string&request_id=-3228399915053248165&OAM_REQ=&locale=en_US&resource_url=http%253A%252F%252Freadiness.act.org%252Fccr%252Fapp%252Fhome> use the specific state dropdown listed as "WorkKeys Oklahoma State DOE SPRING 2023 Materials," for the state to be billed.
  *   Do not order from the national dropdown as you will be billed instead of the state.
  *   The offering is on a first-come first-served basis and funding is limited.
  *   A welcome email went out on April 5 to DTCs and TCs with a subject Line of "Prepare for ACT WorkKeys Testing"
  *   A site specific realm enrollment email went out April 6th to DTCs and TCs with a subject line of "NOTICE: ACT WorkKeys Online Realm Administration Information ."
  *   The emails provide more information on enrollment, administration, training, and customer care contacts.
