If you are planning to submit a proposal this year and were not able to attend the meeting we encourage you to watch the recording even if you have submitted a proposal in the past.  There are several changes in the FY24 Request for Proposals (RFP) and we discuss some of those changes in the recording. The chat did not come through in the recording, but any questions that were typed in the chat were read aloud and discussed.

Attached above is the PowerPoint for the meeting and the recommended Honor Statement that is mentioned in the meeting.  We encourage you to be familiar with the Reviewer Rating Form, also attached, as you develop your proposal.

During the meeting there was discussion about explaining some details about your budget and possible additional funding (at approximately the 31:25 mark).  Due to that discussion we created two new fields in the online submission form to give you an opportunity to give us some information in the form if you need to do that.  Please fully explain your budget in your narrative, even if you use these new fields in the online submission form. Because we showed you screenshots of the online submission form in the meeting and in the attached PowerPoint, I am also including a screen shot of the two new fields in the online submission form (attached).

Proposals are due September 15, 2023.
