[Cobo] Second Series, Master Lease Purchase Program

If your institution wishes to submit projects to be included in the second
series of the Master Lease Purchase Program, please have the attached
listing submitted to the Regents' Office by May 1st.  You will need your
board's approval so that the projects may the be included on the State
Regents' May agenda.  The complete application process begins with your
board's approval to participate.  Additional application documents will be
sent to you once the attached list of projects is received.  Please call if
you have additional questions.
