[Cobo] Capital Sub-Activities Update

The Office of State Finance has asked that we look at our "old" capital
sub-activity numbers and delete those that will no longer be used.  Nancy
Tarr has sent a spreadsheet that is attached below, listing your
institution's current sub-activity list.  Please indicate on your individual
institution's sheet (denoted on the tabs within the workbook) which projects
can be deleted. You may simply reference the needed changes in the next
available column on your sheet and I will work with OSF to delete or make
and changes you reference.

Many  of you have the same name for different sub-activities for each fiscal
year.  We would like to distinguish any projects that are still active by
some distinguishing reference.  (i.e. Equipment 1999, Equipment 2000,
Equipment 2001, etc.; rather than just Equipment.)  Please return your list
by email to sgold at osrhe.edu.

Should you have any problems accessing your list or navigating between the
"worksheets,"  please let me know and I will fax your list to you.  Thank
you.
