Open Forum Sessions to present GL & AP Business Process Flows have been
scheduled as shown below.  Both days' sessions are the same.  They will be
held at the Concourse Theatre.  Please notify your agency finance personnel
of these meetings.

General Ledger:  August 5, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
General Ledger:  August 6, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Accounts Payable:  August 5, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Accounts Payable:  August 6, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
