[Cobo] Federal Funds

We have received word from the Office of State Finance that the federal funds that were being held for resolution of the refund of the OSEEGIB transfers have now been released and are in the State Treasury.
 
  The funds that institutions have been waiting on will be disbursed to your institutional accounts next week.
