[Cobo] Budget Revision forms/deadline

Attached are the budget revision forms for your use in submitting the latest round of reductions.  Please complete the full set of paperwork and submit both the ICS entry and the paperwork to our office by March 31st.  If your institution is going to use reserve to cover the reduction, please submit a formal letter to the Chancellor from your President.  Thanks.
