Do you have a plan to pay someone a reduced amount if they want to opt out of your Medical plan because they are covered under the military or spouse plan? We have had the request to give a $1000 cash buy out instead of the $3000 premium for some employees that can certify existing coverage. Thank you Bruce Wiese
