[Cobo] FW: September meeting date adjustment

Due to scheduling conflicts we are moving our first CBO meeting for the fall to WEDNESDAY, September 8th at 10:00 a.m.  
 
We had previously indicated that this meet would be held on September 2nd.  Please adjust your schedules and feel free to send a delegate if you are unable to attend the following Wednesday.
