Communication Liaison:

This message is for all your CORE users: Purchasing, General Ledger, and
Accounts Payable.

OSF experienced a server failure on the Financials production server last
night at approximately 4:30 PM.  This problem has been corrected and the
server is now fully operational.  However, as a result of the failure, the
nightly processes that run each night did not run.  These processes include
budget  checking, matching, and the AP and GL alltrans file creation
processes.

Budget checking and matching were rerun this morning.

We are currently re-running the AP and GL alltrans file creation processes
and the files should be available by 1:00 PM this afternoon.

All other nightly processes will be run tonight.

If you experience problems that you believe may be a result of this failure
please contact the help desk at 521-2444.
