Please see the correspondence regarding the Budget Module "General
Sessions" scheduled for April 7-8-9.  You may attend, but these sessions
are more designed for state agencies and not Higher Education.  There
will be specific training designed for Higher Educ. that will a better
use of your time.

They can come if they are curious about the system, but they should
understand that the agency budget process if more complex than they will
be using and that is what we are going to demostrate, ie position
budgeting.  It is really up to them.  Also, there may be some confusion
about the three sessions.  Some people seem to think that they have to
attend all of them.  Each of the sessions is going to be exactly the
same.  Your call on their attendence.

Ok, great.  Do you recommend that the institutional personnel attend
next week's general sessions, or would it be more advantageous for them
to wait until the Higher Ed. Specific trainings?
