This message is for all your Budget Module users, (Budget Preparers and
Approvers).


CORE BUDGET MODULE ORIENTATION


The CORE Budget Team will present orientation meetings on the new
PeopleSoft Budget System on April 7th and April 8th at the Concourse
Theater.  The Concourse Theater is located in the basement tunnel between
the Will Rogers and Sequoia Buildings.  Visitors Parking is available north
of each building.  Following are the times the orientation will be
presented:

April 7, 2005 - 9:00 to 11:00
April 7, 2005 - 1:30 to 3:30
April 8, 2005 - 9:00 to 11:00

At the meeting, the CORE Budget Team will provide an overview of the Budget
Module and answer general questions regarding the new system.  No
registration is necessary, however, if you have questions, please contact
Ed Noltesmeyer at 962-2430.
