[Cobo] Higher Education Conference on Enrollment Management

Due to scheduling conflicts this November 10-11 conference is being
postponed until after the first of the year.  When a new date is
selected, a call for proposals and registration notice will be
distributed.
 
The interest in this conference has been significant and we hope the new
