In preparation for Thursday's Business Officers meeting I have attached
two documents for your review.  Both documents pertain to the 403(b)
Task Force.  The summary provides details on issues facing higher
education institutions regarding 403(b) plans and the task force's
findings and recommendations.  As part of the task force's
recommendations we have drafted a joint RFP that could be used for a
system wide plan.  Please review the documents and be prepared to decide
on your institutions participation in the joint plan.
