[Cobo] Master Lease Equipment Schedule

The legislation pertaining to the Master Lease program has now been
signed out of committee and is expected to pass the floor this week. We
are ready to begin the process of collecting projects for the next
series relating to equipment.  You will need your board's approval and a
reimbursement resolution for any expenditure made prior to approvals and
closing.  In order to meet the June State Regents meeting schedule, I
must have the attached summary sheet returned by/before May 30th.

 

The current timeline is as follows:

 

May 30th           Deadline to submit project listing and estimated
amounts

June 26th           Approval by the State Regents for submission to Bond
Oversight

July 23rd            Finalized project amounts

July 31st            Consideration by Bond Oversight

August 27th        Tentative closing date.

 

If there is sufficient demand, another personal equipment round will
take place in the fall with a tentative closing date of late October
