[Cobo] Senate Request Survey-Due June 24th

As requested from the Senate staff for a Senator's request, institutions
are asked to send answers to the following questions on state and
federal lobbying efforts.  This is data is needed by NOON on Wednesday,
June 24, 2009.

1.  Provide name(s) of registered lobbyist(s) or institutional employees
(Governmental Relations, Legislative Liaisons, etc.) working on behalf
of the institution and/or branch campuses.

 

2.  Amount expended per listed employee salary or per lobbying
contract(s) for FY09 fiscal year.

 

3.  Percent of the total E&G Part 1 Budget spent on lobbyist contracts
and employees for lobbying efforts during FY09.

 

All information submitted should be for FY09 and reflect both state and
federal lobbying efforts.  Please include partial contracts that might
be part of a consortium.  Please send response of "none" should your
institution not be participating in either of these types of expenses.
