[Cobo] Electronic Budget Entry

Please be reminded that your FY10 Budgets must be submitted no later
than June 25, 2009, into the CORE electronic budgeting system.  Please
don't wait until the last minute as the demand on the servers can cause
difficulties and frustration.

 

Also, you will need to enter the 490 budget by using the "Add Budget
Entry" icon in department 11.  You will add the appropriate account
number, the class funding of "49000," the budget reference of "10" and
if necessary "USD" in the currency code.  This will then provide the
line item necessary for the budgeting of your federal stimulus funds.
