Sherri - we sent out this meeting notice yesterday.  Will you please
make
sure your institutions have this information?  More of the higher ed
institutions may be reporting this period than last period, and they may
not have received this meeting notice.  Thank you.....Lisa

Well, I can't believe it, but we are already six weeks into the next
reporting period that ends on 12/31/2009.  We wanted to have a meeting
to
discuss some things that will help facilitate the reporting for the next
period.  The previous process was new to everyone - including the feds -
and I think we all learned a lot!

Due to the upcoming holiday schedules, we thought we would meet next
week
and then if needed, we will have a follow-up meeting sometime in
December.
I have listed a few of the items we will be discussing, but if you have
any
specific questions or topics you would like for us to address, please
send
me an email and let me know.

1.  lessons learned (issues with data files, etc)
2.  spreadsheet updates for next reporting period
2.  test and production environments
3.  agency responsibilities this reporting period - OSF performed a lot
of
functions this time as far as verifying information, data loads, etc.
that
agency personnel will be able to do themselves during the next reporting
period
4.  review userids/passwords agencies will need (ftp server, load
control
reports and federalreporting.gov)
5.  conflicts in OMB vs. federal agency guidance

      Time:  1:30pm
      Location:  State Capitol Bldg - Room 104

Although some meetings are being held this week to solicit feedback on
reporting, at this point we have not heard of any specific changes from
OMB
for the next reporting period.
I will send out a DRAFT presentation early next week so you can bring it
to
the meeting with you.
