[Cobo] Important Notice on Nov ARRA & OCIA draws

In order to process the draw requests for both ARRA funds and OCIA
funds, please submit your draw forms as required in both instances by NO
LATER THAN NOON on Friday November 20, 2009, if not before.

 

This deadline will allow for processing around the Thanksgiving Holiday
break.  Thanks.
