Thanks to each of you who attended the ARRA meeting last week and who
have submitted test files.  We have begun providing feedback on those
files and if you have not heard from us yet, we should be getting with
you soon.  Again, we appreciate everyone's participation and support.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, September 23rd at 9:30 in the
Concourse Theater.  The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel
between the Will Rogers and Sequoyah buildings.  The closest visitor
parking can be found in the lot just west of the M.C. Connors Office
Building on the west side of Lincoln Blvd; you will need to use the
tunnel to the M.C. Connors Building Concourse level.  A map of the

We have created a document that contains the information from the
presentations over the last several weeks.  Hopefully this can be used
as a reference guide and we will continue to keep it updated. 

One of the topics in tomorrow's meeting will be the load control reports
that will be provided.  To have access to these reports, you must turn
in the security forms that were distributed in the meeting last week and
then sent out through email.  If you have not already turned in your
security forms, please bring them to the meeting tomorrow.  Please note
that these must be signed by your agency security representative.
