I wanted to send out some additional information after Wednesday's
meeting. 


1.  Registration for FTP site 
2.  Update on test file submissions 
3.  Powerpoint from 9/23 meeting is attached 


1.  Registration for FTP site - the attached Q&A document outlines the
process for registration.  Basically the steps are, 
      (a) your finance officer needs to submit an email to the OSF help
desk noting who will be registering for your agency, 
      (b) the help desk will perform the preliminary setup, 
      (c) the helpdesk will email the agency rep with instructions and 
      (d) the agency rep will login and complete the setup. 

Until you are registered, you may continue to use the generic userid and
password that you have been using. 



2.  Update on test file submissions:  Many of you have submitted new
test files based on the feedback from Wednesday's meeting.  Thank you!
Today we will be running the load control reports for your test files
and will be emailing the reports (in excel format) to you.  If you have
submitted new test files, then the reports will be based on your new
files.  If you have not submitted new files, then the reports will be
based on the old files.  Please continue to submit test files until you
are comfortable that your data is loading successfully.  We will monitor
the FTP site and load the test files and provide feedback as needed. 

3.  I am attaching the powerpoint from Wednesday's meeting.
