I wanted to send everyone a quick update.  Federal agencies are sending
emails instructing recipients to use the 'copy forward' function before
submitting their 03/31/2010 reports.  Since Oklahoma is a batch
reporting
state, this does not apply.  The exception is for those awards that were
reported with incorrect 'key' data (award number, awarding agency, etc)
for
the prior reporting period.  If you have received notice that you need
to
change those 'key' fields for this reporting period, please let us know
(through the help desk) and we will use the copy forward function to
copy
the prior award and change the key fields.  Following this procedures
maintains a historical link to the data in the federal system.

Also, just a reminder - once data has been submitted, please continue to
submit all changes through the state system so that we can keep the
state
and federal systems in sync.
