Please note that you will not be able to process any budget revisions
during the week of April 19 through May 1st. Please review your budget
needs and plan accordingly.  Let me know if you have any questions.

OSF will be performing the annual load of budget data into PeopleSoft.
As
a result the PeopleSoft Budget system will be unavailable during the
listed
time which lasts approximately 1 week. PeopleSoft Financials and HCM
will
remain available.

Users will not be able to log in or perform any revisions in the Budget
system that week, so please have any budget revisions that need to be
posted before then submitted to OSF by close of business, Monday, April
19,
2010. Additional budget revisions can be made after May 1.

We apologize for any inconvenience and should you have any questions,
please feel free to contact our Service Desk at (405) 521-2444 or
Helpdesk at osf.ok.gov.
