Subject: ARRA - Change Award Numbers


If your federal agency has asked that you change an award number that
was
previously reported, please file a help desk case providing the old
award
number and new award number.  The federal government has provided
instructions on how we can update this information and retain an audit
trail for historical purposes.  However, we need to know this before we
upload the new award number to the federal website.  So, as soon as you
know this information, please forward it to us via the OSF help desk.

This applies to a change in any 'key' field - i.e. - prime DUNS number,
prime award id, and/or sub award ID.
