Rose State has no limit on OTRS contributions related to the level of
salary. The College pays the 7.5% employee portion and 9.5% for the
statutory portion to OTRS. In addition, the College pays 1% of an
employee's salary to a Lincoln 403(b) account if the employee chooses to
do so; and will also match an additional 2% percent in Lincoln 403(b).
