OPSU, as long as I've been doing payroll, has always contributed the  into
the employees retirement account (currently at 7%) with OTRS PLUS the
additional amount mandated by statues to the administrative fee.  We
calculate the OTRS contribution and statutory amount on the salary + health
insurance + life insurance + disability insurance + OTRS 7% calculation.
The administrative fee this fiscal year is 8.55% -- no limit on the salary.
