Subject: Higher ed conversion to state vendor file

We would like to schedule a meeting next Wednesday morning to provide an update on the higher ed vendor file conversion process.  We know everyone is working hard and we are taking some additional steps to clean up our vendor file and remove vendors with duplicate TINs.  We would like to meet at 8:30am next Wednesday morning (May 23rd).  I know that's early (sorry) but we are having a difficult time getting schedules arranged in our office so everyone can be in attendance.  We will also provide a conference line so agencies can participate remotely.

Will you please pass this along to all the agencies?
