[Cobo] Hyperion UPK Training access

As follow-up to our discussion this morning regarding the access to the Hyperion Budget system, please find the security form attached.  Please consider at least two and possibly more people that you want to have access for budget entry training and complete the form for each person and return to OMES to begin the process for access to the on line User Productivity Kit (UPK) training tool.

Hi Sheri,

The 301 EPLAN form on our website http://ok.gov/OSF/Forms/Business_Application_Services_(CORE)_Security_Forms/index.html will need to be filled out by anyone needing access to Hyperion budgeting.  This will get them access to the UPK tool, and once that is completed/passed and approved by our office, they will receive their Hyperion credentials.  I've attached an example of the boxes the institutions will likely want to check.  They are more than welcome to check the HCP access as well.  There are also the department only options available
