Subject: March 9th Town Hall

REMINDER:  There is a town hall meeting on Monday, March 9th from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. in the Sequoyah Concourse Theatre.  This town hall will focus on the voucher interface.  If your agency uploads vouchers to PeopleSoft, then you need to have both financial and technical staff attend the town hall meeting.  For higher ed institutions, there is an alternate video conference town hall scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m.  The same information will be covered in both sessions.

Attached is the proposed interface layout that will be reviewed at the meeting.  Please bring a copy with you to the meeting.

The Sequoyah Concourse Theatre is located in the concourse between the Sequoyah building and Will Rogers building.  These buildings are just north of the capitol on 23rd and Lincoln Blvd.  Enter either the Sequoyah building or the Will Rogers building and go down to the basement and then the Sequoyah Concourse Theatre is located in the walkway between the two buildings.  There is visitor parking by either building.  There is additional parking by the Oklahoma Tax Commission building to the north.
