NOTE:  This information is directed only to the State of Oklahoma institutions of higher education Payroll Processing and Reporting project.  All others, please disregard. REMINDER:

301 Forms were due November 16, 2015.  However, it appears that not all forms have been submitted since we are still receiving forms.  Please insure that all 301 forms are submitted ASAP.

You are required to submit a 301 form for access to the PeopleSoft Financials Production System at Go-Live on December 10, 2015.  Individuals that have not submitted forms will not be able to load payroll files in the production system until the forms are received and training is validated.  Those who attended training on November 3, 2015 and users who have uploaded PFT and 500 MISC files during User Acceptance Training will receive access to the production system only after the 301 form has been processed.

Users that did not attend training or test during User Acceptance Testing will be required to take internal (in-house) training from existing users prior to receiving production access.  Validation from your Security Representative that internal training was completed will be required.  if a 301 form is received from  users that need internal training, your Security Representative will be contacted.

The ACES and Participant Maintenance OST security forms for access to the OST system were also due November 16, 2015.  If you haven't submitted these forms, please do so ASAP.  If the forms are not submitted, access to the OST system will not be granted.  Access to the OST system will be provisioned at Go-Live on December 10, 2015.
